Google Business Profile management in Palm Coast
Every month we ask your customers for reviews, answer every review, post to your profile, keep your details correct, and show you where you appear on Google Maps. From $300 a month.
Get your free Visibility CheckWhat we do every month
- Reviews, asked the same way every month. Every customer gets asked. Every review gets a reply in your voice within about two days, good or bad.
- A profile that looks open for business. At least one post a week and 1 to 3 new photos a month.
- Details that match everywhere. Hours, services, categories, description and phone kept correct, and your listings checked every quarter.
- A report you can check. We run the same Google Maps searches, the same way, every month. One page: what we did, what changed, what's still open.
What we find when we open a profile
These came from real Florida profiles we read in September 2026. Three of them were on our own.
- Ten services listed, and not one had a description. That's the one place Google lets you name your towns and the words customers type.
- Monday hours that read 6:30 AM to 4:00 AM, so Google told searchers the business closed at 4 in the morning.
- A description that ended with a free offer, which Google's rules don't allow in that field.
- A service list that was completely empty, because the category came with no ready-made services and nobody added any.
None of these show up in a quick look. You find them by opening every field.
Why it matters in Palm Coast right now
- Palm Coast issued 868 permits for new single-family homes from January through August 2026.
- The city issued 37 commercial building permits in 2025, the most in any year of its records going back to 2015. Along State Highway 100 alone, it issued 15 commercial site development permits from January 2025 through August 2026.
- Flagler County is home to about 121,700 people.
New neighbors don't have a favorite plumber, salon or coffee shop yet. New storefronts compete for the same three spots on the map. The profile that's complete and answered is the one we'd expect to earn the call.

Who this isn't for
- Anyone who wants a guaranteed ranking. Google says no one can guarantee a #1 ranking on Google. We do the work and show you what changed.
- A business that doesn't serve customers in person. Google Maps listings are for businesses that meet customers at a location or at the customer's address.
- A business where one new customer is worth less than about $40. The monthly plan won't pay for itself, and we'll tell you so.
What you do, and what we do
- You: a 30-minute start call, manager access to your profile, and asking every customer for a review (we make that easy). Send photos when you can.
- We: everything else, written down in the monthly report.
Week 1: we open every field and fix what's wrong. Week 4: review requests are running and you get the first report. After that: the same searches, the same way, every month, so you can see the line move, or see plainly that it hasn't.
Questions
- Can you put "Palm Coast" in my business name?
- No. Google's rules say the name has to match the name you use in the real world, and adding keywords can get a profile suspended. Your towns belong in your service descriptions and your business description.
- Do I need a website for this?
- No. Your profile is separate from your website, and plenty of businesses show up in the top three without one. Google does read your site, though, so we make sure it says the same thing your profile does.
- How fast will I show up higher?
- We don't promise a ranking or a date. We promise the work every month, and a report that measures the same searches the same way.
- Do you work outside Palm Coast?
- Yes. Palm Coast, Bunnell, Flagler Beach and the rest of Flagler County.
- Will you buy or filter reviews?
- Never. We ask every customer, we never offer anything in return for a review, and we never pick who gets asked.
