Hi — I'm Max Kutsar.
I'm not an agency. No account manager, no offshore team, nobody's handing you off. When you call the number on this page from Palm Coast, Florida, I answer it.
I do one job: getting local businesses found and chosen, on Google Maps and in the AI answers. I started because in shop after shop around here I found the same situation: customers who liked them, and a Google profile nobody had touched in years. The work was already good. The map didn't know it.

Two things I won't do, and why.
I won't buy you reviews. They're detectable, and when Google removes them it doesn't stop at the fake ones. It's one of the fastest ways to lose a profile you spent years building.
I won't screen customers before asking. Sending the request only to people you think are happy is called gating. Google prohibits it, and the FTC rule carries penalties up to $53,088 per violation — a maximum a court may impose for a knowing violation, not an automatic fine for every review mistake. Everyone gets asked, the same way, every time.
If someone offers you 50 five-star reviews for $200, they're selling you a suspension with a delay on it.
I don't do exclusive territory deals.
I may work with more than one business in the same trade. If I do, you'd both get exactly the same work from me, and what decides it is which of you collects more reviews and does better work. That's how it should be.
Worth knowing: map results change depending on where the person searching is standing, so two businesses a few miles apart often aren't competing for the same searches at all. Where you genuinely do compete, what decides it is reviews and the quality of your work — same service to both of you, and I don't put a thumb on the scale.
