Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Find Untapped Growth ("I", "me") collects when you use finduntappedgrowth.com, why I collect it, and what I do with it.

What I collect

When you request a Visibility Check, I collect the information you enter on the form: your business name, city, your name, mobile number (if you provide one), email address, and the search term you want to be found for. When you request the Review Ask SOP, I collect your email address. When you request a review card, I collect your first name, business name, business address, mobile number, and email.

When you request the free guide (“Is ChatGPT sending customers to your competitor?”), I collect your email address, whether you ticked the box to also get occasional emails with tips and offers, the exact wording of that box, and the time. I keep the wording and time so there is a record of what you agreed to. If you don't tick the box, you get the guide and nothing else.

Every form also records the page you sent it from, any campaign tags in the link that brought you to the site (kept in this browser tab until you close it, never in a cookie), how long the form took (to spot automated submissions), and the time.

While you browse, the site also counts how it is used, without cookies and without your IP address: which pages are viewed, how far down a page you scroll, how long a page stays open in front of you, which buttons and phone, text or booking links are tapped, whether a form was started, the website that sent you (first page only), your country, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. Each browser tab gets a random ID that is forgotten when the tab closes, so these counts are not tied to your name. If your browser sends a Do Not Track signal, none of this is recorded. The counts are kept in a separate Cloudflare D1 database and used only to see which pages help people.

If you book a call, the booking happens on Calendly, which handles your name, email and chosen time under its own privacy policy.

Where it goes

When you submit a form, the information you entered is sent to a Cloudflare Worker that processes the request. Cloudflare Turnstile helps detect automated abuse before the request is accepted. The Worker hashes your request IP with a secret salt for short-lived rate-limit counters stored in Cloudflare KV. The raw IP is not intentionally stored by the application.

The Worker uses Resend to deliver an internal alert email to me and the customer-facing email you requested (your report, the Review Ask SOP, the free guide, or a review-card confirmation). Resend processes the information as needed to send those emails.

Is there a lead database?

Yes. Each submission is saved in a database run on Cloudflare (Cloudflare D1): one record per form you send, and one combined record per email address so I don't contact you twice about the same thing. The saved record holds the fields listed above and the hashed IP described above, never the raw IP. I may also copy information into my working business records to follow up on what you asked for.

I never sell your data

I do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their marketing purposes. I don't tell your competitors I ran a check on you. Your data is used to do the work you asked for and to follow up about that work.

How long I keep it

I retain your information only as long as reasonably needed for the request, my business records, security, or legal obligations. Infrastructure providers may retain logs or backups as part of their normal operations; I do not control those systems and cannot promise instant deletion from every provider backup.

How to request deletion

Email me at max@finduntappedgrowth.com or call 315-542-8036 and tell me to delete your data. I'll do it and confirm it's done.
