Website maintenance for small businesses in Palm Coast

What's included

• Hosting. We host the site named in your quote and keep it up.
• Your changes. Hours, prices, services, photos and wording on that site, after the first round.
• One set of facts. When something changes on your Google profile, we change it on your website too, and the other way round.

It isn't unlimited rebuilds, a new booking app or a move from a complicated platform. Anything bigger, we price before we start.

What we learned running our own sites

• A saved change isn't a live change. We check the live page after every update, because we've seen an edit look finished in the editor and never reach the site.
• Publishing has limits. In September 2026 our own hosting plan's 20 publishes a month ran out in three weeks. We now group changes and check each batch before it goes out.
• Hours are the easiest thing to get wrong. Our own profile once said we closed at 4:00 AM on Mondays. We read every day back after any change.

Storm closures are part of running a business here

The Atlantic hurricane season runs from June 1 to November 30. When you close for a storm, tell us, and we'll update your profile's special hours and the notice on your website together, then change both back when you reopen.

What it costs

• $75 a month, on its own or added to either monthly plan. Without it, we hand the website over and you host it yourself.
• You still own everything. Your domain and your website go with you if you leave.

Full details on the pricing page.

Who this isn't for

• A business with a web person it's happy with. Keep them. We'll make sure your profile matches what they publish.
• Online stores, apps and large custom sites. Site Care covers the site named in your quote.

Questions

What counts as a change?

Hours, prices, services, photos and wording on the site we host. If a request is bigger than that, we say so and price it before starting.

Can I get Site Care without a monthly plan?

Yes. Site Care is $75 a month on its own, or added to either monthly plan. Without it, we hand the website over and you host it yourself.

Do you look after sites you didn't build?

Site Care covers the site named in your quote. Tell us what you have, and we'll say plainly whether we can look after it.

What if I want to stop?

The written agreement says how either of us can end the monthly work. Either way, your domain and website stay yours.

Do you work outside Palm Coast?

Yes. Palm Coast, Bunnell, Flagler Beach and the rest of Flagler County.
