HOW IT WORKS

How it works

Four steps from Find Untapped Growth in Palm Coast, Florida. The first one is free.

Quick answer

It's rarely one thing, and it's rarely the thing owners assume. What's holding you back is specific to your business, your category and your area — which is exactly what the free Visibility Check works out.

How it works

It's pretty simple.

01.The Check

Where you rank, who is above you, and what is missing. Free.

02.The review card

Your customer taps their phone, your review page opens, done in eleven seconds.

03.The Foundation

Your profile built properly once — categories, services, photos, booking path, consistent listings.

04.What Works?

Reviews, posts, replies and tracking every month, with a report from Google's own numbers.

Free to find out.

The four steps, expanded.

01.

The Check

Where you rank across your area, who's above you, and whether the AI assistants can even read your website. Two pages, yours to keep. Plenty of people fix it themselves from that report, and that's a fine outcome.
02.

The review card

A tap card for your counter and a QR stand. Customer taps their phone, your review page opens, done in eleven seconds. I bring it and set it up.
03.

The Foundation

Your profile built properly — categories, services, description, photos, Q&A, booking path, consistent listings. And your website made readable to the AI assistants: the machine-readable business details, the pages they quote from, and the crawler rules that are quietly blocking them on a lot of sites. This has to exist before anything else works.
+

A website, if you want one

Optional, and separate from the Foundation: one page for $800, or a full site of up to 8 pages for $2,750, matched to your profile. Free with six months up front (the one-page site). The two websites.
04.

Monthly

Keeping it all current. Every month:
  • Every customer gets asked for a review, on whatever system you already use. Most businesses already pay for software that does this and have never switched it on.
  • Every review answered in your voice within two days — good and bad. A calm reply under a complaint sells better than no complaints at all.
  • Posts and photos on your profile, so it doesn't go stale.
  • Rankings tracked across your whole service area, not just your front door.
  • A monthly report from Google's own numbers — calls, directions, clicks. Not my dashboard. Google's.
  • The AI answers tracked too — whether the assistants name you, and the work to keep it that way.
  • Site Care — I take over hosting your website and keep it maintained, so the parts the assistants read stay right. Most people pay that much for hosting alone and get nothing with it.

HOW LONG IT TAKES

Measured, not promised.

Your profile is right within a week or two. How fast you move on the map depends on your trade and how far behind you start, so I don't quote a number. I check the same 25 points every month and show you what moved, or that it hasn't yet. Anyone promising page one next Tuesday is either guessing or about to do something that gets your profile suspended.

Two things happen immediately: the review card works the day I bring it, and the Visibility Check tells you where you stand today.

Monthly isn't a contract trick. Google says review count and rating count toward how it ranks local businesses, and your competitors keep collecting reviews every month. If the work stops, you fall behind, and you'll see it in your own Google dashboard.

THE OTHER LIST

Ask your phone who the best [trade] in town is.

Google shows three on the map. An assistant reads out a handful. They are two different lists and most local businesses are on neither.

Whether an assistant names you comes down to things you can control: whether your website states your address, hours and services in a form a machine can read, whether there are pages it can quote from, and — surprisingly often — whether your site is blocking those assistants outright.

In September 2026 we asked ChatGPT who to hire for 8 trades in Palm Coast. See who it named, and why.

WHO I WORK WITH

Who this is for.

The monthly work is for local businesses with room for more customers. We look at your customer value, margins, service area and capacity before recommending a plan. The number of additional customers needed to cover the fee depends on your business.

Two things still have to be true. You need a real local service area — if there's no map to appear on, there's nothing for me to do. And you need room to take the work: if I doubled your calls next month and that would break your schedule, fix that first and call me after.
