Terms

These are the terms under which Find Untapped Growth offers its services through finduntappedgrowth.com. By requesting a Visibility Check, the Review Ask SOP, a review card, or any other service, you agree to these terms.

The services

The Visibility Check is free. I run it by hand and deliver it within one business day. The Review Ask SOP is free and is emailed to you immediately. The review card is delivered and set up in Flagler County, with payment collected on delivery. The Foundation, the monthly plans and Site Care cost what the pricing page says.

Paid work is in writing

Before any paid work starts, you get a short written agreement to read. It sets out what I do, what it costs, how long it runs and how either of us can end it. What I build for you stays yours: your Google profile, your domain and your website.

What I won't do

I won't buy you reviews. I won't screen customers before asking for reviews. Both are against Google's rules, and both can result in your profile being suspended. I will not do anything that puts your Google Business Profile at risk.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information when requesting a service, to give me access to your Google Business Profile as a manager if we work together, and to understand that results take time, and how fast the map moves depends on your trade and where you start.

No guarantee of specific results

I work to improve how your business appears on Google Maps through profile maintenance, review systems, local content, tracking, and reporting. I can't guarantee a specific ranking position or timeline, because Google's algorithm is outside anyone's control. What I can guarantee is that I will do the work, do it honestly, and tell you the truth about where you stand.
