GOOGLE REVIEW MANAGEMENT

Google review management: every review answered in your voice

I answer every Google review on your profile within about two days, written in your voice. Anything below four stars, or anything with a legal or medical edge, comes to you first, and you can change any reply before it posts.

Part of Found, $300 a month.

Month to month. Everything stays in your name.

What I do

  • Every review answered, good or bad, within about two days.
  • Anything under four stars, or anything sensitive, sent to you before it posts. You can change any reply.
  • Reviews that break Google's rules (fake, off-topic, a conflict of interest) reported with Google's own Report button, and appealed once if Google says no. I can't promise removal: Google removes only reviews that break its policies.
  • Every customer asked the same way for an honest review.

See how we start working together. Asking is easier with a review card: the customer taps it and Google's review page opens.

A real reply

A client's Google review, with my reply
“I am glad max is helping me and working with and always taking care of me!”

The rules I keep

You approve this in writing before I reply for you. Google's third-party policy says a manager may reply to reviews for the owner only with explicit approval, and spoken consent isn't enough; our written agreement covers it.

What I never do
  • Buy reviews, or post fake ones.
  • Offer customers anything in return for a review.
  • Ask only the customers you think are happy.
  • Tell customers what to write.
  • Post an AI-written reply that a person has not read.
  • For dental, med spa and other health businesses: confirm in a reply that someone was a patient. Those replies come from approved templates only.

Google bans paid and fake reviews, and the FTC fines them. Nobody can promise you a spot on the map, and I don't: I promise the replies, the asking and the reporting, done every month.

Questions owners ask

What is Google review management?

Answering every review on your Google Business Profile, asking every customer for an honest review, and reporting the reviews that break Google's rules. I do all three for you as part of the monthly plan.

Can you remove a bad Google review?

Only if it breaks Google's policies; Google removes only those, and it says not to report a review just because you disagree with it or dislike it. A calm, short reply under a bad review helps the next customer decide.

How do I report a fake Google review?

Select Report next to the review, choose a reason and send the report. Google says evaluation typically takes several days, and if it rejects the report you can submit one appeal.

Should I reply to every Google review?

Yes, and the negative ones first. Keep replies short and personal, and never share anything about the customer they didn't say themselves.

Do you use AI to write the replies?

AI can draft a reply, but a person reads every reply before it posts. Health businesses get template replies only, with no AI drafts.

How fast do replies show on Google?

Google checks replies before they appear: it says this usually takes up to 10 minutes, and sometimes up to 30 days.

What does Google review management cost?

It's included in both monthly plans: Found at $300 a month, and Found & Recommended at $400 a month, which adds the AI assistants. It isn't sold on its own.
