Questions people actually ask
Straight answers from Find Untapped Growth in Palm Coast, Florida.
It's rarely one thing, and it's rarely the thing owners assume. What's holding you back is specific to your business, your category and your area - which is exactly what the free Visibility Check works out. It shows you where you rank across your whole service area and what's actually costing you the position.
A Palm Coast, Florida company that does the work that gets local businesses found on Google Maps and named by AI assistants like ChatGPT: the profile, the reviews, the listings and a website that says the same thing. Nobody can promise a ranking, so I show you the numbers every month. Flagler County in person, the rest of Florida remotely.
The Check is free. The tap-to-review card is $25 one-time. Setting your profile up properly - and making your website readable to the AI assistants - is $750, once. A new website is $800 for one page or $2,750 for a full site. Monthly work is $300 or $400 a month depending on whether you want the AI half, plus $75 if you'd like me to host and maintain your website too. Paying a quarter or six months ahead costs less, and six months ahead includes the setup and a one-page site.
Check it in thirty seconds: open ChatGPT and ask it who the best [your trade] in your town is. Assistants like ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google's AI answers and Copilot read business websites and name a handful. Whether yours gets named depends on things you can actually control: whether your site tells a machine your address, hours and services in a form it can read, whether you're published in a way it can quote, and - surprisingly often - whether your site is accidentally blocking those assistants from reading it at all. A lot of sites are, usually because a security plugin turned it on and nobody knew.
Make the same facts easy to find everywhere it looks. ChatGPT reads search results, your website and the list sites people use to compare local businesses. It doesn't read your Google profile the way Google does. So: a website that says plainly what you do and where, the same name, phone and hours on Google, Bing, Apple Maps and Yelp, real reviews, and a listing on the sites it quotes. Nobody can make it name you, but you can check today: the free guide on the homepage takes ten minutes.
Honest answer: it depends how fast your customers change habits, and nobody knows that number. If you'd rather wait, take the $300 tier and add it later; nothing is lost by starting with the map.
Profile fixed in a week or two. How fast the map moves depends on your trade and how far behind you start, so I measure it instead of quoting a number: the same 25 points every month. Anyone promising page one fast is guessing or risking your profile.
Narrower, deliberately. Two things, both of which you can check on your own phone in ten seconds. The map results - the three businesses Google shows when someone nearby searches for what you do. And the AI answers - the handful of names an assistant reads out when someone asks it the same question.
I do, in your voice, and you can change anything before it posts. Every review gets one within about two days, including the bad ones. A calm reply under a complaint is read by the next hundred people deciding whether to call you.
No. Your Google profile is separate from your website, and plenty of businesses rank in the top three without one. For reviews: if you use Housecall Pro, Jobber or ServiceTitan, it can almost certainly send requests automatically - most owners pay for that and never turn it on. If you don't use anything, we start with a card on the counter and automate later.
Yes. Google says review count and rating count toward local ranking, but only asked properly. Every customer, same ask, every time. No screening, no paying. Both break Google's rules and the second can take your whole review history.
Yes. Everything except the hand-delivered card works remotely, and I work across Florida. Flagler County gets me in person.
I may. There are no exclusive territory deals, and each client gets the same work. Worth knowing: map results change depending on where the person searching is standing, so two businesses a few miles apart often aren't competing for the same searches at all.
Manager access to your Google Business Profile, twenty minutes on the phone, and someone at your counter willing to hand a card to customers. That last one matters more than it sounds.
Yes, a short written one you read before you pay anything. It says what I do each month, what it costs, and how either of us can end it.
Me.
